• Manage merging of the Voice team acquisition with Peloton

• Launched Voice in Peloton Guide, Live Subtitles and have several NPIs in the pipeline
• Assess with engineering strategic ML engineering technology

Created and led a Strategic Technology and Rapid Prototyping team

• Developed an end-to-end process for defining and funding rapid development/prototyping
• Drove platform-based approach with major impact through technology standards adoption
• Identified and led the strategic executive cross-functional team and ideation pipeline triage

Established Program Management consistency for the TpM Team

• Establishing best practices and consistency for Technical Program Management
• Developed templates and collaborated on developing SW Product Dev Process (in progress)

Software Organizational Development and Transformation

• Lead Software Action Plan Work Group of 12 members
• Lead cross-functional team to address software organizational feedback, dig deeper into SW Org specific challenges and develop targeted action plans for the 400+ SW Org
• Establishing a Peer Recognition Program (in Pilot)
