- Manage merging of the Voice team acquisition with Peloton
- Develop roadmap and establish OKRs (across multiple PTON business areas)
- Launched Voice in Peloton Guide, Live Subtitles and have several NPIs in the pipeline
- Assess with engineering strategic ML engineering technology

Created and led a Strategic Technology and Rapid Prototyping team
- Developed an end-to-end process for defining and funding rapid development/prototyping
- Drove platform-based approach with major impact through technology standards adoption
- Identified and led the strategic executive cross-functional team and ideation pipeline triage

Established Program Management consistency for the TpM Team
- Establishing best practices and consistency for Technical Program Management
- Developed templates and collaborated on developing SW Product Dev Process (in progress)

Software Organizational Development and Transformation
- Lead Software Action Plan Work Group of 12 members
- Lead cross-functional team to address software organizational feedback, dig deeper into SW Org specific challenges and develop targeted action plans for the 400+ SW Org
- Establishing a Peer Recognition Program (in Pilot)
